It is important to note that once your information is submitted it may take up to 3 weeks before you recieve a response.  Otto Plair will not visit your base personally, he will however dispatch filmcrew minions to your base on a scheduled time to recieve a tour of your base.  After the tour Otto may send you an e-mail with questions to better understand the reasonings behind some of your design choices for explanation during the show.
